Import models: Many phones in our catalogue are import models not officially sold in North America. We provide detailed compatibility information and a Compatibility Checker tool, but it is your responsibility to verify that a phone will work with your carrier before purchasing.

Our Compatibility Checker tool compares a phone's supported frequency bands against known carrier band requirements. This indicates potential data signal compatibility only.

Important limitations:

• Band matching does not guarantee voice call functionality — VoLTE (Voice over LTE) may require carrier whitelisting, which import models often lack
• Carrier networks change over time; band information may become outdated
• We are not responsible for carrier policy changes that affect device compatibility
• We strongly recommend contacting your carrier to confirm device support before purchasing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limitations.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your credit card information.

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. This does not constitute acceptance — your order is confirmed when it ships.
