Before You Buy โ€” Read This

All of our phones are import models from South Korea and China. They are not North American carrier-certified devices.

It is your responsibility to research whether a phone will work on your network before purchasing. Our compatibility checker helps you compare frequency bands, but matching bands alone does not guarantee full functionality on your carrier. Things like VoLTE, Wi-Fi Calling, HD Voice, and visual voicemail may not work on phones that aren't whitelisted by your carrier โ€” especially in the USA and Canada.

We strongly recommend:

  • Checking your carrier's BYOD / bring-your-own-device requirements
  • Searching for real user experiences with the specific phone + your carrier
  • Confirming your carrier supports non-whitelisted devices for voice service
  • Using our band compatibility checker as a starting point, not a guarantee

We cannot accept returns for phones that don't work on your network if you did not do your research before purchasing.

Returns & Refunds

Defective Product

If your phone arrives defective, contact us and we'll make it right. We'll send a return label and issue a full refund or replacement once we receive and inspect the item.

Dead on Arrival

Phone doesn't turn on? Contact us immediately. We'll prioritize your case and get a replacement or refund sorted right away.

Change of Mind

We accept returns on unopened, sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Must be in original packaging. A restocking fee may apply. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Carrier Incompatibility

We cannot accept returns for phones that don't work on your carrier if you didn't research compatibility before ordering. Our compatibility checker shows band overlap โ€” it does not guarantee voice service, VoLTE, or carrier approval.
