Common Issues
My phone says 'No Service' or 'Emergency Only'
This usually means your carrier doesn't support all the bands on this phone, or VoLTE hasn't been provisioned. Run our Compatibility Checker to verify band support, then contact your carrier to ask about VoLTE activation for unlocked devices.
I can't send or receive text messages
SMS issues on imported phones are often caused by incorrect APN settings. Contact your carrier for their exact APN configuration. Some carriers also require VoLTE to be active before SMS works.
My battery drains quickly
Weak signal is the #1 cause of fast battery drain β the phone works harder searching for towers. Check if your carrier's bands are well-matched using our Compatibility Checker. Also disable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth when not in use.
How do I activate my phone with my carrier?
Insert your SIM card (or contact your carrier for a new one). Most carriers can activate an unlocked phone by IMEI β call their support line or visit a store. You may need to request VoLTE activation separately.
What if my phone arrives defective?
