We exist to make the dumbphone transition easier. That means curating devices that actually work, being upfront about carrier compatibility, and offering support when carriers won't.

This isn't anti-technology. It's pro-intentionality. We believe you should control your tools, not the other way around.

We started this project in Edmonton, Alberta after hitting the same wall everyone else does — trying to buy a simple phone that actually works in North America. The information was scattered, carrier compatibility was a guessing game, and most "dumb" phones turned out to be smart enough to waste your time anyway.

So we built what we wished existed: an honest store where every phone is tested for real-world carrier compatibility, specs are presented without hype, and you can reach a real person when something goes wrong. We're a small team, not a fulfillment warehouse — and we think that's a feature, not a limitation.

We source phones from trusted manufacturers and distributors — mostly from East Asia, where these devices are built. Each model in our catalogue has been tested for band compatibility across North American, European, and Oceanian carriers. We don't sell phones we can't verify.

Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days. We offer free shipping on every order, no minimums. We know that's slower than Amazon — we're upfront about the timeline because we'd rather set honest expectations than deal in surprises.

Warranty: If your phone arrives with a defect, we replace it. No restocking fees, no hoops. Check our full warranty policy for details.

We're not perfect. We can't guarantee every phone will work with every carrier (compatibility is messy). We can't offer same-day shipping on everything. We don't stock every obscure model.
